Welcome to Bake & Blooms.
These Terms & Conditions apply to orders and services provided by Bake & Blooms through our website, WhatsApp, phone calls and other customer communication channels.
By confirming an order with Bake & Blooms, you acknowledge that you have read and accepted the applicable terms below.
1. About Bake & Blooms
Bake & Blooms is a home bakery based in the Greater Noida West / Noida Extension area and provides freshly prepared eggless cakes, customized cakes, bento cakes, cupcakes and desserts.
Our applicable food-business registration details can be provided/displayed as required.
2. Product Information
We make our products fresh according to the customer's confirmed order.
Product photographs shown on our website or social media are intended as references. Handmade cakes may have minor differences in:
Colour
Decoration
Shape
Finishing
Piping
Placement of decorative elements
Such variations may occur because products are handmade and prepared individually.
3. Customized Cakes
For customized or theme cakes, the customer should provide the required theme, reference image, name, age, message, colours and other requirements as clearly as possible.
A reference photograph may be used to understand the customer's desired design; however, an exact replica cannot always be guaranteed because cake decoration is handmade.
The final design, size, flavour, customization and price will be discussed and confirmed before preparation begins.
4. Order Confirmation
An order is considered confirmed only after:
Product details are agreed upon.
Date and required time are confirmed.
Price is confirmed.
Required customization is confirmed.
The required advance payment has been received.
A minimum 50% advance payment is required to confirm an order.
5. Payment
Currently, Bake & Blooms accepts:
UPI
Cash
The remaining amount is payable at delivery or pickup unless otherwise agreed.
Bake & Blooms will communicate the total order amount and applicable delivery charges before confirmation.
6. Advance Ordering
For regular products, customers should preferably place orders at least 4–6 hours in advance.
Large orders, customized cakes, theme cakes or designs requiring additional preparation may require more advance notice.
Same-day orders may be accepted only when our production schedule permits.
Order acceptance is therefore subject to availability.
7. Delivery
Delivery is available to eligible locations in Greater Noida West, Noida Extension, Gaur City and other NCR areas subject to delivery availability.
For nearby deliveries, free delivery may be available depending on distance and/or minimum order value.
For deliveries beyond the nearby service area, delivery charges may apply.
Where a third-party delivery partner is used, the applicable delivery charge is borne by the customer.
The applicable delivery charge will be communicated before the order is confirmed.
8. Delivery Timing
We provide an estimated delivery/pickup time based on the customer's requirement and delivery conditions.
Traffic, weather, road conditions, delivery-partner availability and other circumstances outside our reasonable control may occasionally cause delays.
For important celebrations, customers are encouraged to allow sufficient time between delivery and the event.
9. Customer Pickup
Customer pickup is available from the Bake & Blooms home bakery location in the Greater Noida West / Vaidpura area.
Pickup instructions and timing will be shared after order confirmation.
Customers should collect the order within the agreed pickup window.
10. Cancellation
Because our products are prepared specifically for confirmed orders, cancellation is subject to the stage of preparation.
Once preparation or baking has started, the order cannot be cancelled.
Customized and theme cakes are particularly prepared according to individual customer requirements. Therefore, once a customized order has been confirmed and preparation has started, it is non-cancellable and non-refundable except where required by applicable law or where Bake & Blooms is unable to fulfil the confirmed order.
If you need to request a cancellation before preparation begins, contact us as early as possible. Any applicable refund will be considered based on the order status, ingredients/materials already purchased or prepared, and the applicable cancellation policy.
11. Changes to Confirmed Orders
Requests to change flavour, size, design, message, date or other details after confirmation are subject to availability.
Changes to customized cakes may not be possible once preparation has started.
Any additional cost resulting from an approved change will be communicated before the change is accepted.
12. Allergies and Food Sensitivities
Customers should inform us about known food allergies or dietary requirements before confirming an order.
Our kitchen handles multiple ingredients and products, so we cannot guarantee an allergen-free environment.
Customers with severe allergies should contact us before placing an order so that we can explain the ingredients and preparation limitations applicable to the requested product.
13. Product Storage and Handling
Cakes and desserts are perishable food products.
Customers are responsible for appropriate storage after delivery or pickup, including refrigeration where required.
Bake & Blooms is not responsible for deterioration caused by improper storage, excessive heat, prolonged exposure to room temperature or mishandling after delivery/pickup.
14. Customer-Provided Items
If customers provide toppers, photographs, decorations or other materials for an order, they are responsible for ensuring that the materials are suitable and safe for food use unless otherwise agreed.
15. Pricing
Prices may change from time to time due to ingredient costs, customization, size, design complexity, seasonal products or other business factors.
The price communicated and accepted at the time of order confirmation will apply to that confirmed order.
16. Website Information
We make reasonable efforts to keep website information accurate.
Product availability, prices, offers and delivery conditions may change without prior notice.
Website photographs are representative and may not always reflect the exact final decoration of a handmade product.
17. Intellectual Property
The Bake & Blooms name, logo, website content, photographs, graphics, descriptions and original materials may not be copied, reproduced or commercially used without permission.

19. Changes to These Terms
